FTTP in MK - not connecting

Although I had a connection this morning, web-pages were not loading, so I powered-down modem & router but after powering up, the WAN was not connecting.
Tried connecting as ADSL but this had same speed problems.  After a *very* long time, the plusnet service status page eventually loaded and showed all services normal.  Doesn't seem normal to me!

same here. I noticed slow loading and reset router/ modem. Speedtest is saying 0.2 down and 0.1 up
with a ping of 398ms. Maybe the frost got to the fibre?
Will check it later again.
Thank god for good 3G cover were I am.
