FTTP download slow

Not looked for a while, but today my FTTP download speed is around 11Mbps - it was previously 74+. Is there any way someone can check if there is an issue? 

Had issue in the past, partly due to wifi, but laptop cabled direct to router still only getting 11Mbps.

I've taken a quick look into this for you, and it appears to be a setting issue on our side. I have adjusted this for you, can you please restart your router and let me know how it goes.

It's worth checking here (login required) at an early stage in trouble-shooting your connection speed in the unlikely event that it happens again.
