FTTP - connection problems in MK today, 31st August?

Hi
I've been on the FTTP trial in Milton Keynes since February. Connectivity was fine as of around 10pm last night, Tues 30th, but this morning I woke to a red light on my FTTP box. I repowered the unit, plus my NetGear router, but still no connection. I am at work now, but will need connectivity later today - really need to understand if there is a problem in MK today - or whether this is specific to my equipment/home.

I've checked your account and it looks like you've been re-connected since you originally posted here.  It looks like you had some breaks in connection this morning as per the connection logs below:

There have not been any outages announced for your exchange so I'd say to monitor your connection for any further issues and let us know if you need any further assistance.
