Friendly OpenReach chap came and completed the setup today - now getting 20mbps up but oddly only 8mbps down?
Actually reading a few other threads here, may be because I am still on a regular ADSL package - how does that get 'flipped' to Fibre?
Thanks
Adrian

Your speed will be being restricted because of the current line speed here: https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
When your account gets changed that should go to 80 if you've opted for Extra.
