I lost connection on my fttp sometime yesterday.
the BTopenreach ONT is showing a green light for power and the LAN connection however there is no light on the PON and a red light on the LOS.
I called and raised a ticket last night but was not sure if the gentleman who was assisting was familiar with the device.
as requested i have left a cable connected to the ONT directly to my pc.
