FTTP available according to BT, can PlusNet supply?

I have a very good friend who lives in Coldwaltham where they have been poorly served by slow ADSL for years, as a result he has been using a wireless service which although faster is expensive for the data allowance he gets.
At last Fibre has arrived in the village, but because planning objected to green boxes, they have not got FTTC, but FTTP instead.
According to the checker he can get that now from BT, but being a PlusNet customer I wanted to steer him to PluSNet instead of BT?
I don't seem to be able to find a place on the PlusNet site to sign up for FTTP? Are they not doing this yet? I thought PlusNet were part owned by BT.
Hopefully someone can advise before my friend has to make the decision.
