Which VOIP provider did you use for porting the home landline number?
@FlossyThePig it was ported to Sipgate but the number was still in service at the time.
The office block of numbers was ported to A & A , but again they were still active at the time.
Voip providers don't seem to have the ability to retrieve inactive numbers that some other CPs do.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
