Re: FTTP Trial

Sounds odd, especially if you really do have FTTP as opposed to FTTC.

What's your upload speed? If it's as low as 2mb/s you may have been put on the wrong package.

Re: FTTP Trial

Welcome to the community forums @bluey78

I've checked your connection and it's provisioned correctly on 80/20, however I've noticed that you've only recently changed from Unlimited Fibre to Unlimited Fibre Extra, and following this change but when you made this post, your connection had not dropped.

Since making this post, I see your connection has dropped and I'd expect you to now be seeing the higher speeds.

Are you still experiencing any problems with this?

There's no issues we can see.

Are you connected over a wired or wireless connection?

Re: FTTP Trial

Run a test to see what speed you get wired.

Re: FTTP Trial

Have you tried powering down both the Optical Network Termination box and router for a few minutes?

Re: FTTP Trial

I'd recommend raising a fault over at http://faults.plus.net so we can get this matter raised with our suppliers for further investigation.

Let me know once you've done this and I'll get it picked up for you.

Thanks.
