From what i can tell from the checker, im not eligible but at the same time doesn't say I am can anyone help me confirm this thanks

When I run the BT Wholesale Checker with my telephone number it states quite clearly:
Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a WBC Fibre To The Premises technology with an estimated Broadband downstream line speed of up to 100Mbps and upstream line speed of up to 30Mbps.
