[FTTP] Slow connection, troubleshooting options?

Morning all,
Logged a call out with support but thought I'd post here too.
For the last couple of weeks (maybe longer) my connection has dropped from 100/15 to 30/6. All tests have been carried out on a wired connection and downloading from various sites/speed tests have all shown the same speeds.
I've power cycled the router and ONT - is there anything else I can do?

Hi Adam,
Seems to be better, 80/10 tonight which looks OK for peak hours.
