[FTTP] Only getting 2.86 download speed after FTTP has been fitted

Hi,
I've just logged a support ticket, but wanted to post in the appropriate forum as well. We've had the engineer out today to fit the FTTP, but are only seeing 2.86 down. Upload is 19 which sounds in the right ballpark. I know there is supposed to be time for adjustments and we wouldn't necessarily see the fully speed right now, but 2.86 sounded like there could be a fault, so we wanted to report it. Our support ticket is 62723770.

Nevermind, sorted now. I love you guys. 72meg down (compared to our previous broadband speed of around a meg).
