Hi
FTTP connected on Wed 5th Aug.
Very happy with process but download speed appears stuck at ADSL user profile setting of 9.6mb
Tried the obvious but suspect my Plusnet profile has not been auto updated.
Can this be investigated and if necessary updated to match new download speeds?
Many thanks

Hi Matty
Thought it was really fast but have sadly realised I'm at 80/20 rather than 40/20 as per order.
Sorry for inconvenience but can't justify 80 so can I be changed back to 40/20 please.
Everything else very good.
Many thanks
