Oh I thought I'd mention my upload is capped at 15 which I assume yours is not.
Dave, can I have my cap lifted please as I find this 15mg very restrictive LOL

Mine was installed 2 weeks with 30Mbps upload. I used to get 2Mbps or less on adsl btw.

Yes it costs £18.99 a month. And no I am not on Fibre Trials, so be grateful for the speeds you're getting.

Barry,
Do I detect a hint of sarcism there.
I joined plusnet before the trial and was lucky to get 1mbs prior to joing them, at times was as bad as dialup.
When I joined it shot up to 2.5/3mbs, so I was happy before the trial even started.
Your speeds are victim only to factors unique to you, not to plusnet (in my experience).
That said, I hope you get sorted soon.
