FTTP BT Speedtest - test 3 help required

Hi guys,
Is anyone on FTTP available today to run a couple of tests please? We're investigating a speed fault with one of our customers and I need to run test 3 on the BT speedtest. Problem is, it isn't working so I need someone else to run it on an FTTP line to see if it's a general issue or not. In order to run it though you need to get a speed low enough. So what I need to do is simulate a slow speed (I can do that on our side).
If anyone's available today can you let me know please and I'll give you a call and we can run through the test (please don't run the test before as you can only run one in a certain time frame).
