FTTP Availability at new housing development

Hello,

I'm a long time Plus net customer (18 years!) - currently using FTTC.

I'm going to be moving house in Sep/Oct to a new build housing development.

My understanding is that all of the new build houses will have fibre to the premise already installed through an organisation called Independent Fibre Networks.

The builders have given me a welcome pack that gives me a choice of 4 ISPs that I've never heard of.

I wonder if there is any opportunity to get Plusnet broadband at the new home as I'd much rather stay with a company that has served me very well for such a long time.

Many thanks,

Keir.

@Keir

IFNL are a backbone provider and installer and do not use Openreach FTTP which is all Plusnet resell.

IFNL are like Virgin, a separate source of networks to premises.

Re: FTTP Availability at new housing development

For FTTP that we provide on the trial, it's best to check http://dslchecker.bt.com and look for WBC FTTP (Not FTTP on Demand)

I've checked the address you've provided, but it's not bringing up any availability at all.

It's possible that we may not be able to provide in that area unfortunately.
