Thanks for your help, I have attached 2 photos, one which show where there is a phone access point.
So the driveway is made of gravel and I am assuming the CSP will be on the side of the house.
1 photo shows the front of the house so I guess the cable will go along this and enter at the end.
@Baldrick1 I rather it not go through the garage as the external part of the garage is another person's garden.
@HPsauce Thanks for the suggestion, may consider it in the interim.

From the Checker results there is some duct from the chamber. I suspect it'll run to your driveway and then the cable is buried. The end of the duct will be the starting point for the OR trench.
Looking at your house photo I see no reason why OR could not trench accress the "paving mosasic" and the grass to get the CSP to the corner of the house where you want the ONT.
It really is a case you'll not know until you place the order and OR have a look. As far as I'm aware they need your permission to dig.

Yes, the tricky bit is being there when they turn up, so you can negotiate what you are approving, and to sign there and then.
Even then, when the 'digging' guys turn up to run the fibre in, they might have a different idea - especially if it involves less digging for them !

Thanks for all the replies much appeciated.
@bmc @mwwagain I know we wont know until the day of the survey and the day of the installation but just wanted to get a better picture of what route they may take. I have attached 4 more pictures of the driveway and front of the house.
Rather than dig up the patio maybe they'll put the CSP On the wall facing the driveway as shown in the pictures.
I know you cannot have a fibre cable at a 90 degree angle so not sure they will do there.
As you can see in some of the phones of the front there are other black cables trailing below the door frame, so maybe that would be a route to take without having to dig up (apart from the driveway of course).

There are two sorts of BT-OR 'digger', 'soft dig' who deal with lawns and gravels, and 'hard dig' for tarmac and pavements. Hard dig are on longer lead times.
Is the drive gravel, or 'degraded tarmac' that might be classed as 'hard' digging ?
A short run under the paving will be fine - a 'soft digger' will poke through under that fine if needed.
If the ducting for the street from the chamber runs up the pavement they might try to get in there, and then up the lawn to the left side The 'dig' in grass is only a slit.

If the driveway is gravel and not degraded tarmac then you have 3 possible locations for the CSP.
From the pictures I see the cable could go under the door rather than up and around it so that makes things simplier.

Another possibility is for the duct to run accrss the driveway to the corner to the front corner (not the side) and then for hte cable to be run along the front of the house to place the CSP where you want the ONT.
The shrubbery would probably need to be cut back to allow easy access for OR.

I would imagine that there is a duct running along the pavement in front of your property that caries the backbone fibre between access chambers. This tees off to individual properties, hence ‘partial direct in ground’.
Assuming this is the case I would assume that the simplest and best route would be for the new duct to tee into the existing duct and run straight across the lawn to the left hand side of your property.
There currently appears to be a hang up that the new duct should run from the access chamber. Based on observing my own and neighbour’s installations, I would expect this to be the Openreach least preferred solution, as it would require breaking into the brick lined chamber.

Though the CSP doesn't need to be anywhere near where the ONT goes. It's just that the CSP goes on an outside wall, the ONT goes on an inside wall - they don't even need to be the same wall.

Have ordered Full FIbre 900 today for a provisional install date of Monday 13th April.
I am assuming OR will come and do a survery before then?

Just got a text from OR to say they need to attach a grey box to the outside of the property. I didn't text back ACCESS as I am at work all week do did not want it to be delayed. I texted MORE and confirmed on the website.

You only get a confirmed date when OR have had a look at things.
I'm not totally familiar with the procedure but ACCESS might have been a better choice. I assume they qwould make an appointment to meet with you to discuss the install. You might get the same result with MORE.
You really need to speak to someone if possible before any work is done. If the CSP is installed first then that pretty much defines the route of any trench.

Thanks. I have replied to the text with ACCESS as well. The autoreply was they'll "complete all the installation work on the planned (13th April) day"?
I am assuming in that case, someone from OR will come before that date, and have a look and mark on the ground where the fibre will run - thought it was a 2 stage install?
