FTTC just installed, can I have in IP Profile update please

Engineer just finished, currently reporting 1603 down 8319 up.
Can someone update my profile please, hope to get about 25 down

Hi,
I'm in the same boat.  The engineer finished here on Wednesday.  I sent a message to support two days ago but haven't heard anything back yet.  Please could someone update my profile.
The BT engineer got 49megabit downloads on his handheld JDSU.  I am still only getting 4mbits.  I've restarted the router a few times.

NOW
