FTTC installed last Friday - please can my profile be updated

My FTTC install was done last Friday, but my profile change is still pending.  The support guy I spoke to yesterday was very friendly, but couldn't help me.
Can someone from the fibre trials team update my profile please?

I called support on Tuesday, spoke to someone who put a note on the ticket
Called again today and was told the ticket was assigned to the wrong team
Could someone please take a look at this for me?
