Re: FTTC and FTTP Isposure performance testing

220.27 Mbs
How may people in the UK get this speed displayed in their system tray?

Dave can you get a profile to use all that connection speed?
In fact at the moment there seems to be visible blips of speed, both up and down. One block of traffic and one or two blocks idle.

Have you actually checked the online results?
I'd bet they reflect the actual speeds your connection is seeing and not what is displayed in your system tray.
For reference, a few times that pop up box has displayed the heady speeds of 2.51Mb/s for my connection however, when checking the online results, the speeds recorded are more consistent with the everso slightly less impressive 2.30 Mb/s my line actually manages.  Smiley

Yes, the other two graphics are my speed tests!
And the first graphic is my system tray at 09:17
The validity of the results may be questioned, but what you see is what I got!

I was referring to the Isposure results.

Your line clearly doesn't support a throughput of 220Mb/s, regardless of what the Isposure sys tray pop up shows. In that case, what you see clearly isn't what you get.
Whereas the results from the two speedtest sites are representative of what you line could/ can achieve and are rather impressive. That was what I was eluding to with my post and the statement I made within it.  Smiley
