Hi I initially requested a FTTC trial on the 7th January but had to wait for the broadband/line swap to be completed. It has been done and the question ( Ticket 38599150 was sent back to the fibre trials team on 1st Feb. Have I missed out on the trial or is it still in the queue waiting to be looked at.
