FTTC Service Down

My fttc Internet has been down since Wednesday, the dsl light is flashing on the openreach vdsl modem. Anyone else experienced this? I'm lead to believe it may be that the modem has overheated. I've tried many resets, I've left it unplugged overnight which seemed to make it work for 30 seconds. I've changed the cables all to no
Avail.
I've raised a ticket with plusnet(41308851)but so far I've had no response

I am also having similar problems.
Initially had very intermittent connection over 10 days, with constant power cycles required to get the connection back.
Since Sunday morning, absolutely no connection.
Called Plusnet support and have a ticket open too(41355091), also waiting to see what happens.
