[FTTC] Random Slowdown or No internet Access.

Hi
Firstly, I'll explain what's been happening.  About once a month I either get a slowdown in data throughput or no throughout.  As first I thought i was my router.  But I have found out I need to reboot the Openreach box.
There may be two issues, so is it possible for someone at plusnet to check recorded sync speeded?

A BT speedtest will show your sync speed so try running that when things go slow (and also when they are not as a comparison).

I am also having the same problem, and it was for the whole of last week. The BT modem has to be power cycle 2-3 time a day, every time this is done. My sync rate dropped. At the moment it is at 12mbps, that is way below the 37mbps when installed. Can someone have a look please?

There have been several reports of faulty BT VDSL+ "modems"...is yours getting hot?

No, it feels warm. I am only 1 month in the trial.
