[FTTC] Joining the trial and changing product at the same time?

I’m at the start of my billing month and am looking to do 2 things,
Join the FTTC trial and
Move from BBYW Pro to current Plusnet Pro (Keeping existing IP Address and Products)
What is the best way to do this?
Make the two requests separately using the standard procedure and hope it all works?
Request one before the other?
or would it be best to have a member of staff from the forum look at it?

Yes, they are 2 separate things.
I did a similar thing, I requested to join the FTTC trial, and when it was confirmed that I could join in, I then logged in to the Member centre and changed my account from PAYG to Pro to get the extra bandwidth.

I have just re read the post on the front page "Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) trial - Ends Soon" Confirming that you can change to existing products up until April, for some reason I thought this was the January 25 also, hence looking to do both simultaneously, now I see I have until April its not so much of a rush  :).

Yes, getting one thing done at at time seems preferable
You will get to see if your current product is suitable and guess that is one reason for the April date.
