FTTC - Internet connection lost

Been on the FTTC trial for a fee weeks, but tonight I've lost internet connection. All modem and router lights are green and fine but no Internet connection on ps3, mac or iPhone. I switched everything off for 30mins and tried again. Still nothing.
I'm in Derry, n.Ireland. Any help appreciated 😞

Check that the broadband connection heading is connected, and if not click on the connect button and wait ...
Failing that, click on the disconnect button and re-connect it.

Thanks for the reply. Tried it, but it keeps giving me the error message: concentrator not reachable

i did power down bith and leave off for 10mins later though
worth a try i suppose

should not really make a diffrence but from what i read the way you power up the modem and your router seems to make a difference in the real world.
best to power down both and leave for abit and then power up the modem and then your router.
does the tr069 auto system work on fttc connections?

Powered both off all night last night. Powered modem on first and then router this morning.

TR069 works on any connection that connects with @plusdsl.net with a compatible router.

Still got problems, I updated the service down thread. Can't connect with thomson (getting concentrator unreachable message.
Can't connect with another Netgear router I have - keeps trying and trying but with no luck
Couldn't make a direct pppoe connection with my mac - says it can't locate the pppoe server.
Any thoughts?
