FTTC Installed - download capped :)

Hi,
BT chap just left, my upload is great at 7.94MB but my download seems to be capped at 2MB
Please could this be reset (assuming that is what is needed !)

Had mine installed yesterday, same situation. Upload speed amazing! Engineer says line is testing at full 40megs, come on plusnet, let me loose!

You need to get ur line speed re-set , dave usually picks up on it in here.

I think that this has happened to my account as well.  Any chance of getting it sorted?  My tickets aren't being picked up.

I was upgraded on the 17th, but have been out of the country for a while so didn't get to use the line much
started at 30Mb+, line seems to be getting slow now

and what a difference 15 mins makes...
