FTTC: Installed and tested, but IP Profile stopping download speeds

I have had BT Test the connection, 40mb download : 10mb upload
doing a test on http://www.mybroadbandspeed.co.uk/
I get 2.5mb download and 8mb upload
checking my IP Profile on the plusnet site and its reporting the 2.5mb
the BT Speedtester shows 37mb for the ip profile.
whats going on?

Either wait for PN to update their IP Profile or give support a ring to get it changed.

I logged a "Question"
after 15 minutes in the queue on the phone I gave up
They have no responded requesting the results from the btspeedtester
hopefully this will mean that the profile will be updated

Reboot the netgear and let me know if your speed improves - I hope it does as I had to walk to my car for my VPN fob
