Re: FTTC Now Installed!

Anyone know why I can't do a BT Speedtest on my line? i didn't attempt one before I had FTTC fitted but it just says error, we could not run a speed test.
My line is still capped at 1.3mb, I was switched over at about 11am this morning. The engineer injured himself whilst working (tripped over the outside door mat and sprained his ankle) so another came out to finish the job (was halfway through moving the master socket from the hall way round the to living room) he hadn't done a FTTC before, he just installed the faceplate and left. I had to remind him that i needed a VDLSL modem before he left!
Upload speeds are great! but i don't do much of that.....Hopefully it'll be changed soon I've reset my modem twice already to no avail.
