FTTC Did I get on the Trial?

I raised a ticket on 17th Jan (#38893824) which was passed to the 'correct department' on the 21st. I know you'll have been unindated with requests towards the cut off date, but I've not had any update since. Did I get on the trial?

I'm in the same boat as you, ticket posted on the 19th and still no news.  Based on this update http://community.plus.net/blog/2011/01/26/plusnet-fibre-trials-update/ it looks like they have 100 either in progress or awaiting a response.
Hopefully we will hear soon

As long as you made raised the query before we closed the trial (and you can actually get Fibre..) you'll make it.

Actually I have had a response (just checked) and it says the pre-order checker is down and that they will try and place an order soon,  so fingers crossed

@Greycut - same here re:'pre-order checker' but nice to know our tickets are being 'actioned'  
Edit: Checked ticket and this was down on 25/1... has it been fixed yet?

My ticket was updated yesterday (27th) with the same 'system down' reason. I can't believe an ordering system could be down for 3 whole days.
