FTTC Connection down since about 11am

My FTTC has been solid down for the last four hours or so. Router and modem have both been rebooted and give time to stabilise (twice) but no joy. DSL light on modem constantly running through the off -> flashing -> couple of seconds on -> off ->flashing etc etc cycle.
Ticket 40518968 raised but just posting here in case any of the fibre team see this and can make sure the ticket gets dealt with by people who understand the fibre service.
First major outage on the FTTC trial for me, let's see how this goes
Stupid me, I forgot to bring my backup mobile broadband dongle home with me this weekend so I'm having to use my phone.... gah!

Ah looks like the automated tests may have done their thang already:
"Our tests have found a fault with your broadband service.
You've given us all the information we need about your problem, we'll raise this to our supplier for investigation."
