FTTC 80/20 Has Trial Ended

Has the 80/20 Trial ended.
The reason I ask is I'm getting rather tired of phoning up to get my profile reset.
Checking https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate I find yet again my profile has been reset to 40Mb  (last phone call to get reset was a few days ago, Within a couple of hours I was back to 72000kbps, although I doubt that lasted for more than a day).
Support are helpfull but why does it keep getting reset?
I can only assume the trial has finish.

No the trial has not ended.
You need to have a bit of a read of this forum. It's a well known ongoing issue to which many are suffering.
Have a read of this thread - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,102776.0.html the last several pages are people with the same issue.
