Exchange enabled - Cabinet is not??

After doing some online checks, it seems that my exchange is FTTC enabled but my cabinet is not....So I was wondering, is there a way to find out when my cabinet will be enabled?
I don't understand why my cabinet is not enabled yet, as it is literally 10 seconds away from the exchange

In a word, no.
It is quite normal for the exchange to be enabled first and a few trial cabinets upgraded, and these are not necessarily the closest to the exchange. It may be that the cabinet has been placed but no equipment or fibre cable has been installed yet.
Nothing you can do but wait and keep checking the availability checker - we've all had to do it!
