I currently have FTTC but I am hoping that I will be able to get FTTP in the near future and I may take the opportunity to move my Plusnet Hub Two to a new location.
In the past I have found that I have had to reroute power lines away from the DSL cable that runs from the Openreach Master socket to the hub to reduce/remove induced electrical interference.
Is it the same for the ethernet cable running from the ONT to the hub or is this ethernet cable shielded against such interference?

It's unlikly to be shielded but is less prone to susceptibility. That said, you should keep them apart as far as practicable, not bundle them together..

With your DSL cables, the problem was that your mains cables and nearby power supplies were increasing the noise on your FTTC connection, interfering with the SNR ratio, and reducing your modem's sync speed and causing drop-outs.
On FTTP, the broadband is provided optically and not susceptible to local electrical noise. The ethernet cables will be fairly immune to most electrical interference (should be good for anything less than an adjacent electric motor, or welding equipment, etc). Also the data passed over the ethernet will have an error correcting protocol, so any dropped packets can be re-transmitted, and therefore you'll never see the problems you had on FTTC.

@Madeleyite I don't know the answer for certain - I can only report my situation - but the power and other connection cables including the flat 5e Ethernet one between the ONT and router are all jumbled up behind the shelf my router and phone base station sit on, and I have no 'noise' issues at all.

Thanks to all for your input.
I have looked more carefully and I think the new hub location and ethernet cable route will not be close to any electrical cables so I should be okay.
I'll call this fixed.

Never used anything like it so cannot comment on usability.

Ooh! I can't imagine that combined cable will meet any wiring standards - what could possibly go wrong?
Even if it was armoured I wouldn't use it.
However, having read the AI "What is this used for" it claims it is for electric vehicle charging - I'm still not going to use it, even if I get an EV.

I've found that jumbled up data and power cables don't cause an issue, even ones clipped nearish to each other, whilst I have found if you stuff them all tightly together in ductwork, even a 1 metre section, then yes you do get issues !
Decades ago when I did my first house with 3km of cables, almost none of them ran parallel to each other and there was no issues, apart from one time, when I ran the phone cable happened to be the exact right length to pick up the local radio station !
Snipping an inch or so off that, fixed the issue.
Example of PC with no cable issues. 🙂
Note the panel beaten side panel to turn an AT case into an ATX one big enough to fit a large CPU cooler, back in the day when PC cases was made of thicker steel and you needed a hefty hammer for such work.
