End line rental when with another supplier but FTTP with Plusnet?

Hello Harry / Gandalf,

I have my phone line with Post Office and FTTP with PlusNet. I would like to cancel phone line as we don't use it. Do I just ask PostOffice to cancel it or do I need to do something else with PlusNet to make sure my internet does not stop?

Many thanks!

Roman

Hi Roman. That should be fine and shouldn't affect your FTTP service at all. Smiley
