Dropping phone line.

Hi there, please could I also drop my phone line? It's not been used since I had FTTP installed two years ago, I tried to cancel it a year ago by calling support but was told rather abruptly this it's not possible to do that?

Well I have FTTP and no phone line as do many PN customers, so it is possible, you've just got to hope someone from PN picks up this query because they need to put a note on your account stating that you have FTTP.
