Current Line Speed Lower Than Expected

Current line speeds are slower than expecting. Im expecting 80/20 but currently getting approx 35/2. Current line speed is showing @ 40Mb in plusnet account portal. Can this be looked into please and upped to expected speeds?

speed tests showing speed has increased to 80/20. Many thanks Plusnet for quick response / resolution.
