Connection speed plummeted this morning

I don't know if anyone can check my account, but my connection has dropped to a really slow speed today. I get 15mb speed tests, but trying to download this one file and its going at around 10kb/s and slow down to 2.5kb/s. Anyone else got this? Only started this morning.
