Cancelling Phone Line Only

I know it was possible the last time I checked and now i have decided to do so. But as usually, when calling up, no one seems to know much about the FTTP and had been getting nowhere.

I remember 2 very helpful staffs here who assisted me last time when enquiring about this, Adam and Harry, are they still here?
