Can I please request line rental cancellation only on my account? Very happy with the FTTP and as such have no need for a separate landline.

Could you please let me know why I have been charged a £70 termination fee? I’ve been with you for years and it was absolutely assured when I joined the FTTP beta that I wouldn’t be entered into a new 12 month contract, in any case that was over 12 months ago.

Could you please ensure this charge is deducted from my account? Thanks

Sorry to see we've got your bill wrong, while I can't change the amount we'll be taking I'll make sure we refund you the appropriate amount back to you once the invoice has cleared.
