Can I pre-order FTTP to beat the 1/5/14 price hike ?

We have all our green cabinets and fibre installed, and we are waiting for our exchange to be upgraded, apparently due 31Mar14.
I would be interested in FTTP (I note on BT Openreach's list of "Coming Soon" exchanges that my exchange EALTN has just gone from "FTTC" to "FTTC/P") but I don't know how to establish how far I am from my NGA Aggregation Node, which dictates how much it will cost, but I also see from Openreach's price list, huge price increases coming in on the 1st May 2014 (shouldn't this stuff be getting cheaper, not going up !!??)
So how can I find out how much the install is likely to be ?
Can I somehow beat the swingeing price increase ?
What are the monthly costs likely to be for unlimited access ?
Thx.

This is what I was told regarding FTTPoD -

...the new Openreach pricing applies to both existing and new installs from that date[1st May] so we're working under the assumption that with the lead times for the installation being at least 3 months we wouldn't have any new lines installed before the price increase takes effect.
