Business FTTC

Anyone heard any updates on a FTTC/FTTP service for business users ?
I'm currently on a "Residential" plan but would like to get onto a business class plan unlimited download/10meg upload

I did briefly look into this, but the Business plan's really really are aimed at businesses.....
ie. gaming is always 2Mbit, and Youtube is throttled to 2Mbit 7pm - 10pm.

I'm not saying a proper FTTC/P plan for business won't address this to an extent, but using the current one could leave you with slower than expected speeds.
