Well BT are booked in for this afternoon, but no sign of em as yet,  whats the latest they are likely to  turn up, hope they are still coming !

Well just had a call from BT,
"were are struggling to get an engineer to you due to the weather, any chance we can do tomorrow morning "
err no have had to take time off of work (annual leave which has cost me money )
"ok well see what we can do2
so at the moment am not holding my breath and will be very pissed off if they do not come..who do I claim, the cost of my leave from..
anyways will update.

I'm sorry to hear that
You can try to claim some money from BT Openreach but I very much doubt that you'll be successful.

They are on there way  :), what will the login details be eg plusnetdsl ? for the router settings

Excellent news! Your broadband username and password will be the same, Your router username / password will be as supplied in your documentation.

My line profile is showing 26mb down and 10mb up on the bt speedtest, is this likely to change?

yes will change a bit i think has a bit of training to do,
but mine didn't drop that much
at least thats what mine did...
