Back of FTTP ONT broken since installation - how to get replacement?

Hi Gandalf - just to let you know the engineer has just been and replaced the old box with a lovely brand new one, all working perfectly without the aid of sticky fixers 😁 Thanks so much again for your help with this, much appreciated! 😊
