When you have entered your postcode and house number and confirmed the details, do you get the following message
" The Performance Test cannot proceed with the Post Code option as no suitable addresses have been found. Please check the post code or use the Service ID option to conduct the test.
or do you get through to the further diagnostics page.
I cannot get past the postcode page but I used to be able to. I need evidence that something has been changed as PN do not understand my issue.
Thank you.

However still need more fttp users to check if the postcode works for them and if not, raise a support ticket asking for your circuit id number and why, so PN are aware of the severity of the issue.

I also had a thread about the problem here - http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,122493.0.html

Has this been raised with BTw yet (as I requested)?
You would think they must be aware it is broken because they have been asking users to run the Further Diagnostic/TAP3 tests, which users (at various ISPs) have been unable to do....!!

Can you add further examples to this thread which include the date and time so I can pass these on to our suppliers.
I'll keep a push on this for you.

Thanks for pushing this.
georgelnx has the same problem - I am sure he can give you examples as dave had to give him his BBEU circuit number to run the Further Diagnostics.
I am confident if you ask any FTTP user on here, no one will be able to run the Further Diagnostics from their postcode/house number.
I can give you some other ISP user examples also (if this helps) - with addresses.

I logged this issue at 11:12am, Thursday 23 Jan 2014 on ticket number 78150116.
And I have just now ran the BTW Further Diag and it still does not accept postcode and house number. I must use the circuit id.
By the way, it did work at the start of the year (definitely worked at 8:15am, Sunday 12 Jan 2014 as I ran a TAP3 test then using postcode and house number as per ticket 78150116)

I've logged those details, just waiting for BT to come back to me with the case reference for further investigation.
If you'd prefer to send me screenshots via PM that's fine, but the more I can get the better. At this stage, I won't need exaples from other providers, however, I might grab them off you at a later date.

I tried to pm the screenshot but can't see how to add an attachment...
Here's mine from today (time stamp on the image files). I've done them with Chrome and Safari - just to rule out BTw blaming the browser...:

It's just what BT are looking for so that Development can investigate the issue.

When you're taking a screenshot, can it include the time and preferably the date on the screenshot? Normally on Windows this would be displayed in the bottom right hand corner.
