Hi, I opened a trial request 121487825 over three weeks ago ( 6th of March ) and I've not heard any response back. I tried pinging the ticket itself a week ago but still heard nothing. Are plusnet still processing requests or is the backlog really now three weeks long?
Thanks Chris for the update on the ticket and for working on bank holiday monday! I had made a guesstimate that the backlog was 2 weeks long( based on other posts on the forum) and I started to get concerned when I still didn't hear anything after 2 weeks. I wouldn't normally hassle but I'm 100% working from home soon and upgrading the upload from 512kb to 20MB would really make a difference!
