Anyone suffering disconnections ?????

Last nite, my connection went off (just after 1:30am)...
Rebooted Modem, but still same...
For Ref:  You get 3 green lights on the modem, but at half 1, only had 2...
After reboot, still only had 2....
Checked this morning at 7:30am, appeared to be OK.... (done a weather update on my iphone via the wifi)
Now, its 4pm, other half at home and only 2 lights on the modem.....
Just got her to reboot modem, still 2 lights.... (IE: the Internet one being OFF!)
Being on the Trial for extra fast slower fibre, does this mean i have to allow for drop outs like this, or is worth me calling support when i get home to log it as a line drop ?

My modem disconnected at 15:50, then repeatedly tried restarting but failing the "CHAP authentication" until 16:15, but it now seems to be back and working

would appear that other users are having dropouts...  best i look on that note portal page which shows if any problems are out there, etc etc

yes suffered from outage and just managed to reconnect at 16:30
