Another FTTP upgrade (please)

Hello

I've just had FTTP installed today (hooray!).

I've asked to upgrade to 80/20 via the original ticket, but haven't had a reply. (I originally asked for 40/2).

Any chance someone could pick this up and ensure I'm put on the correct profile please?
