77Mb Download profile 8 day on no change....35mb Download

Hi
I had my profile changed about 8 days ago and had really bad down load at first much worse that I had on 40/10 ie 34mb down to 20mb!!
Raised a ticket and this changed instantly to 34mb again wiht 15 mb upload (up from 8mb).
Anyway I check using modem directly and nothing seems to be changing according to the BT speed check its 47Mb ..... but EVERY other speeted stats 35-636mb sure all of them cant be wrong?
Downloads dont seem any qucker either ... something else wrong?  Can you help?

I have a similar issue.
My ticket to Plusnet has gone unanswered for three days.

@Akeap - It might be that the line is still training, it can take 10 days. Unsure whether to recommend a reboot of the modem, I know it can help but can also cause issues so it's your call. If it's still slow after the 10 days is up then I'd recommend raising a fault.
@johnny - I've just had a word with the faults team and been assured that your ticket will be picked up this afternoon.
