"Free" user wishing to migrate ADSL account

Hi,
I currently have a "free" dial-in account with PlusNet but now want to move my broadband account over as well from another ISP. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to keep my existing PlusNet user id or do I have to create a new username (which seems to be the case)?

Yep, you can raise a link:Contact Us ticket about it.

You can use "Account Changes - Upgrade, Downgrade, Cancellations & Moving House" -> "Migrate my ADSL from another ISP to PlusNet"

Then simply provide your CBUK and MAC code (obtained from your current ISP) within the space provided.

Hadn't looked closely enough clearly...
Will be doing this tomorrow then and look forward to being a fully-fledged member in a month's time hopefully.
(Moving from Pipex, by the way)

I'm sure I will judging by current feedback from happy users.
The deed is done now anyway. MAC code obtained from Pipex and my upgrade/migration submitted. Now just sit back and wait I suppose?
