What if there's a line problem....

I'm finally convinced that all being well.. i'd like the 1mb Broadband Home Lite package... but I live out in the sticks and am nly 50-50 for being able to get the 1Mb service.

If I can't get the 1mb serrvice then I definitely don't want the Broadband Home Lite package at 512 (no point): I'd like the 512Kb Home Premier package.

Is it possible to oredr dependent on what the engineer finds.. or do i have to order the 1Mb "Lite"... wait 'til the line test .. then cancel the order if it fails and re-apply for the 512Kb "Premier"?

This is a party BT and partly PlusNet.

BT do not have the processes in place for fallback orders. However, neither do PlusNet.
