Setting up ADSL modem settings in preparation

Sorry, can't post elsewhere as I'm still showing a free account although I should be up and running sometime tomorow..

I have a D-Link 300T and have entered the settings as dictated by PN's support faqs. However,:

1/. Is encapsulation LLU or VC ?
2/. Is modulation type MMODE, T1413, GLITE or GDMT? Currently on MMODE.

Thanks.

Is that a question or Ham radio sign-off Wink

If a Q no idea, don't think Qos applies anyway as in is not implemented by PlusNet on their ADSL connections. Use whatever it default to.

VBR = Variable Bit Rate
UBR = Unspecified Bit Rate
CBR = Constant Bit Rate

On UK ADSL there is no specific setting for this but if you are forced to enter one select VBR.
